Description: Springflex anti-static is a heavy duty, super flexible food quality PVC suction and delivery hose reinforced with a white rigid PVC spiral. An antistatic wire is sealed into the wall of the hose making it ideal for powder or granule transfer where static build-up is a huge problem. All the ingredients that go into e flexible pvc are approved by the FDA for contact with food-stuffs.

Applications: Springflex anti-static is the perfect hose for the transfer of food and pharmaceutical products, granules and powders. It is an excellent general purpose hose due to the fact that it is clear, highly flexible, heavy duty in construction and has full anti-static properties.

Colours: Clear with white rigid pvc spiral.

Temperature Range: —25°C to 60°C

Maximum Working Pressure is based on a factor of safety of 4:1 on short term burst pressure at 20°C. If the temperature increases, please refer to the temperature pressure charts.

Bending diameter information is intended as a guide to the minimum bend radius at 20ºC ambient temperature without restricting the bore. It does not mean that the hose cannot be bent below the given dimensions but restriction is likely to occur.
