Product Description
Extremely lightweight, highly flexible duct with a high tensile spring steel helix, covered with a silicone coated and impregnated glassfibre fabric, with an outer cord of silicone-coated glassfibre.

This ducting is ideal for air handling, air distribution and fume extraction where extremes of temperature are involved.

For light duty service conditions requiring good flexibility and lightness in weight.

It is available to special order in almost any length up to 4.0 metres, and with a variety of cuff styles.

 

  Features
Lightweight: light in weight and easy to handle.

Flexible: the construction of this ducting makes it axially compressible and highly flexible. It will not kink on sharp bends, therefore ensuring good flow characteristics.

Temperature Rating: operational at wide temperature extremes. High and low temperature resistance. Excellent heat ageing characteristics and low temperature flexibility.

Chemical Resistance: fair resistance to many oils, greases, solvents and industrial chemicals in the vapour phase at moderate concentrations.

Versatile: available in any length up to 4.0 metres, with straight, tapered or expanded cuffs.

Temperature Range:
-60°C to +300°C in 20°C ambient.
