Product Description
Stranglehold Screw Banding allows you to make worm drive clips clamps and fasteners to the exact size needed to fix, join, secure, clamp, clip, fasten and strap a wide range of industrial and domestic applications. It features a smooth underside which makes it an efficient, easy to use banding system.

Features
Materials: Banding and housing are manufactured from mild steel to BS 1449 part 11983 and are zinc plated.
Stainless steel banding and housing are manufactured from Grade 304 of BS 1449 Part 2.

Testing: Tension/torque testing in accordance with BS 5315:1991 9.3.2.
Hardness survey in accordance with BS 427.1990 Corrosion test, 400 hours salt spray in accordance with BS5466 1977 part 1.


Measure the strip to required length, add approximately 2" or 50mm and cut to size.	Insert one end of the band into the end of the housing and bend 1" (25mm) under.	Feed the other of the band around the objects to be clamped or fastened, and through the slot at the rear end of the housing.	Insert the scew into the housing and tighten using a screwdriver or Allen key.
